Hiring a recruiter can be an alternative to doing this yourself, but this is the same tactics good recruiters will use.

Career Fairs

This is generally done when a location needs multiple positions filled at once. The same processes are used as listed above, but with a time a place associated with the interviews. You still have to generate interest and find candidates.

Flyers can be used for advertising the career fair with QR codes for more information. If you have a good relationship with any technical colleges, this would be an opportunity to reach out to them with the information.
