Job Boards.

Use a platform like JazzHR to create job postings from the job descriptions to as many job boards as you can. JazzHR is a partner with United Water Restoration and allows you to create jobs postings, manage candidates, and publish to multiple platforms. This should be used on a constant basis to always have a flow of candidates.


Social Media.

Use the power of Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads to reach a broad number of people and attract candidates to you.

Technical Colleges.

Develop a relationship with technical colleges in your area. Many times these schools have students that want to go into a trade, but not sure which one and just pick a trade. Because our industry is generally not a part of these schools, younger adults wanting to learn a trade don’t know about us. Google “Technical Colleges near me” or “Trade Schools near me” and reach out to their Admission or Career Center and set up a meeting to discuss the opportunity you have available. These schools pride themselves on their placement percentage for students and will be happy to work you.
